We are happy to share that Nafasgol from our group has completed her Masters degree.

She defended her thesis on 17 September 2026, and was supervised by Senior Scientist Shiva Dahal-Koirala from our group, together with Pål Falnes at the Department of Biosciences.

Her thesis is titled Investigation of on-target Chromosomal deletions and loss during HDR-enhanced CRISPR-Cas9 correction of a CARMIL2 point mutation in patient-derived T cells: On-target genomic integrity after CARMIL2 gene correction.
