Our latest paper has been accepted for publication!

We are excited to share that our paper, “SNIPSNP: Precision design of CRISPR/Cas9 knock-in reagents for variant correction and disease modeling”, was accepted for publication in the annual web server issue of Nucleic Acid Research.

In the paper, we present our new web tool, snipsnp.com, which allows users to design precise reagents for CRISPR knock-in experiments.

The paper will be published online in July along with the rest of the web server issue.

Authors: Labun, Kornel; Eriksen Rio, Oline; Dahal-Koirala, Shiva; Komisarczuk, Anna; Valen, Eivind; Haapaniemi, Emma
