We’ve won the European Genomics Grant

We're very happy to announce that we've won the European Genomics Grant from Standard BioTools!

As the prize we will have the C1 system from Standard BioTools™ installed in our laboratory to facilitate our project focusing on single-cell profiling of ADA2-/- PBMCs edited with CRISPR-Cas9 tools.

The main objectives of this project are to study allele-specific editing outcomes in single cells and to compare transcriptomes of corrected and uncorrected cells.

Kata and Monika have put a lot of effort and work to set up the protocols that are critical for the successful completion of this project.

We’re looking forward to working together with Standard BioTools!
